Ongoing service disruptions at SIX
SIX has been experiencing network problems since Monday. Various SIX services have been affected, causing them to go offline intermittently. Internal and external specialists continue to work around the clock to resolve the issue. Throughout the day, SIX implemented various emergency measures to mitigate the situation and has been able to stabilize the disruption. The problem has also been contained. Until the issue has been fully resolved however, it cannot be ruled out that certain services may not be fully available. We apologize for any inconvenience and are working hard to deal with the root cause.
Anhaltende Servicebeeinträchtigungen bei SIX
Seit Montag treten bei SIX Netzwerkstörungen auf. Betroffen davon sind verschiedene Dienstleistungen von SIX, die zwischenzeitlich nicht zur Verfügung standen. Interne und externe Experten arbeiten weiterhin rund um die Uhr daran, die Störungzu beheben. Im Verlauf des Tages hat SIX mittels verschiedener Sofortmassnahmen die Situation entschärft und konnte die Lage stabilisieren. Auch konnte das Problem eingegrenzt werden. Bis zur Lösung der Störung kann dennoch nicht ausgeschlossen werden, dass gewisse Dienstleistungen nicht in vollem Umfang zur Verfügung stehen. Wir bedauern diese Situation und arbeiten weiterhin mit Hochdruck an der Behebung der Ursache.
Perturbations chez SIX
Depuis lundi, SIX rencontre des problèmes de réseau. Ces dérangements touchent divers services, qui ne sont temporairement plus disponibles. Nos experts internes, épaulés par une équipe de spécialistes externes, travaillent d'arrache-pied pour y remédier. SIX a pris un certain nombre de mesures d'urgence dans le courant de la journée pour débloquer la situation, ce qui lui a permis de la stabiliser. Le problème a ainsi pu être circonscrit. Il n'est cependant pas exclu que d'ici à sa complète résolution, certains services ne soient pas entièrement disponibles. Nous déplorons ces circonstances et continuons de faire tout notre possible pour rétablir la situation au plus vite.
