Siegfried erhält Betriebsbewilligung der chinesischen Behörden Montag, 27. Juni 2016 - 08:56
Die Siegfried Gruppe (SIX: SFZN) teilt mit, dass sie von den chinesischen Umweltbehörden (EPB) die finale Betriebsbewilligung für die Produktionsstätte in Nantong erhalten hat. Damit liegen sämtliche behördliche Bewilligungen und Zertifikate für die Herstellung im Grossmassstab vor. Der Probebetrieb für die kommerziellen Anlagen konnte schon vor einem Jahr aufgenommen werden.
In Nantong, in einem der modernsten Industrieparks Chinas nordwestlich von Shanghai, hat Siegfried einen neuen Standort mit einer Produktionskapazität von 350 Kubikmetern und rund 200 Mitarbeitenden errichtet. Diese wichtige Ergänzung des Produktionsnetzwerks mit einer Site in einem kostengünstigen Produktionsumfeld stärkt die Konkurrenzfähigkeit des Unternehmens nachhaltig. Die Anlage wurde im August 2015 eingeweiht und stösst bei den Siegfried-Kunden auf grosses Interesse.

Die Pilotanlagen produzieren seit 18 Monaten. Auch erste Kundenaufträge für den Grossmassstab liegen vor. Zudem werden Produkte von anderen Standorten nach Nantong transferiert.

Chinese authorities issued operating approval to Siegfried Nantong
The Chinese Environmental Protection Bureau (EPB) has issued Siegfried Group (SIX: SFZN) the final operating approval for its Nantong production site. Consequently, all approvals and certificates required by the authorities for large-scale production have now been obtained. Trial operation for the commercial facilities already started a year ago.
Siegfried’s Nantong production site is located in one of China’s most up-to-date industrial parks northwest of Shanghai. The site’s production capacity amounts to 350 cubic meters and provides work for about 200 employees. This significant site addition to Siegfried’s production network in a cost-effective production environment strengthens the company’s long-term competitiveness. The facility was inaugurated in August 2015 and is attracting a great deal of interest from customers.

The pilot plants have been producing for 18 months and initial orders for large-scale production have been received. In addition, products will be transferred from other locations to Nantong.
