AFG acquires the Koralle Group, which specialises in sanitary facilities, as an important addition to its Building Technology Division
Arbon, 29th June 2016 – Effective as of 1st July 2016, AFG Arbonia-Forster-Holding AG is acquiring the Koralle Group, which specialises in sanitary facilities, from Geberit AG. The move represents a widening of its product range and will help it enhance its position in the core markets of Switzerland, Germany and Austria with a lasting effect.
