Ruedi Huber hat den Verwaltungsrat der SFS Group informiert, dass er nach 17-jähriger Tätigkeit im Verwaltungsrat als Vertreter der Aktionärsfamilie Huber an der nächsten Generalversammlung 2017 nicht zur Wiederwahl antreten wird.
Der Verwaltungsrat wird mit den Hauptaktionären über eine Nachfolgelösung beraten und zur gegebenen Zeit entscheiden, welche Person als Vertreter der Familie Huber zur Wahl in den Verwaltungsrat der SFS Group an der GV 2017 vorgeschlagen werden soll.

After 17 years of service, Ruedi Huber has informed the Board of Directors of SFS Group of his intention not to stand for re-election as a representative of the Huber family shareholders at the next Annual General Meeting in 2017.
The Board of Directors will discuss the appointment of a successor with the company’s major shareholders and determine who shall be proposed for election to the Board of Directors of SFS Group as a representative of the Huber family at the AGM in 2017.
