Die Aktionäre der Ypsomed Holding AG haben an der ordentlichen Generalversammlung vom 29. Juni 2016 allen Anträgen des Verwaltungsrates mit grosser Mehrheit zugestimmt. Für das vergangene Geschäftsjahr 2015/16 wird den Aktionären eine verrechnungssteuerfreie Dividende aus den Reserven aus Kapitaleinlagen im Umfang von CHF 1.00 pro Aktie ausbezahlt.
Ypsomed increases dividends to shareholders for the third time in a row

The shareholders of Ypsomed Holding AG approved all proposals by the board of directors by a large majority at the regular general meeting held on 29 June 2016. For the past 2015/16 business year, a dividend of CHF 1.00 per share, exempt from withholding tax, will be paid to shareholders from reserves arising from capital contributions.
