Today, the registered shares of Investis Holding SA have been listed in accordance with the «Standard for Real Estate Companies» and are traded on SIX Swiss Exchange for the first time. 2,800,000 registered shares have been placed and the current owner and sole shareholder Stéphane Bonvin has granted Credit Suisse an over-allotment option of 280,000 registered shares. The opening price on SIX Swiss Exchange was CHF 53.75. At this price, the placement volume corresponds to an amount of CHF 150.5 Million and a total market capitalization of CHF 688.0 Million.

Die Namenaktien der Investis Holding SA wurden heute nach dem «Standard für Immobiliengesellschaften» zum ersten Mal an SIX Swiss Exchange gehandelt. Es wurden 2'800'000 Namenaktien platziert, zudem hat der gegenwärtige Eigentümer und Alleinaktionär Stéphane Bonvin der Credit Suisse eine Mehrzuteilungsoption von 280‘000 bestehenden Namenaktien gewährt. Der Eröffnungskurs lag bei CHF 53.75. Zu diesem Preis entspricht das Platzierungsvolumen einem Betrag von CHF 150.5 Millionen und einer totalen Marktkapitalisierung von CHF 688.0 Millionen.

Les actions nominatives de Investis Holding SA ont été admises aujourd'hui au négoce sur le segment «Standard pour les sociétés immobilières» de SIX Swiss Exchange. 2’800’000 actions ont été placées et l’actuel propriétaire et unique actionnaire Stéphane Bonvin a accordé une option de surallocation sur 280'000 des actions nominatives proposées au syndicat bancaire. Le cours d’ouverture à SIX Swiss Exchange s’est établi à CHF 53.75, ce qui correspond à un volume de placement de CHF 150.5 millions et à une capitalisation boursière totale de CHF 688.0 millions.
