Due to his nomination as Chief Financial Officer of Deutsche Lufthansa AG as of January 1, 2017, Ulrik Svensson, who has been a member of the board of directors since 2008, will step down from the board of directors of Flughafen Zürich AG as per end of 2016. His successor will be proposed to the general meeting of shareholders on April 20, 2017.
