Delisting Kuoni Travel Holding Ltd, Zurich

On 14 June 2016, Kuoni Travel Holding Ltd, Zurich applied for the delisting of all of its registered shares with a par value of CHF 1.00 each (Swiss Security Number 350’485 / ISIN CH0003504856). SIX Exchange Regulation granted this application on 12 July 2016. The delisting takes place on a still to be determined date and will be announced by means of an official notice five trading days prior to the last trading date of the shares on SIX Swiss Exchange.

Die Dekotierung erfolgt zu einem noch zu bestimmenden Zeitpunkt und wird spätestens fünf Börsentage vor dem letzten Handelstag an SIX Swiss Exchange mittels offizieller Mitteilung bekanntgegeben.


Décotation Kuoni Voyages Holding SA, Zurich

Le 14 Juin 2016, Kuoni Voyages Holding SA, Zurich a demandé la décotation de toutes les actions nominatives avec une valeur nominale de CHF 1.00 par action (Numéro de valeur 350’485, ISIN CH0003504856). SIX Exchange Regulation a agréé cette requête le 12 Juillet 2016. La décotation aura lieu à une date qui est encore à déterminer. La date exacte de la décotation sera annoncée cinq jours avant le premier jour de négoce par une information officielle.
