Suspension of trading regarding Accu Holding Ltd

 

SIX Exchange Regulation exceptionally granted Accu Holding Ltd on their request to publish their audited annual report 2015 only on 29 July 2016. The company did not comply with this time limit. Trading with the shares of the company will therefore be suspended as of 2 August 2016 until further notice. SIX Exchange Regulation reserves the right of the initiation of an investigation.

 

 

 

Handelseinstellung betreffend Accu Holding AG

 

SIX Exchange Regulation hatte Accu Holding AG auf Gesuch hin ausnahmsweise bewilligt, ihren geprüften Geschäftsbericht 2015 erst am 29. Juli 2016 zu veröffentlichen. Die Gesellschaft hat diese Frist nicht eingehalten. Daher wird der Handel mit den Aktien der Gesellschaft per 2. August 2016 vorläufig eingestellt. Die Einleitung einer Untersuchung bleibt vorbehalten.

 

 

 

Suspension du négoce concernant Accu Holding SA

 

SIX Exchange Regulation a accordé à Accu Holding SA sur requête exceptionnellement qu’elle puisse publier son rapport de gestion 2015 audité que le 29 juillet 2016. La société n’a pas respecté ce délai. En conséquence le négoce d’actions de la société sera suspendu provisoirement à partir du 2 août 2016. L’ouverture d’une procédure de sanction est réservée.
