Change at the helm of Board of Directors at SIX

 

Alexandre Zeller will be stepping down as Chairman of the Board of Directors at SIX at the end of September 2016. Following the merger, Alexandre Zeller successfully honed the strategy of SIX and geared the Group to meet the new demands from the international and national markets. The current Vice Chairman, Dr. Romeo Lacher, will serve as acting Chairman from first of October 2016 until a successor is appointed. The new Chairman of the Board of Directors will be announced in due course.

 

 

Wechsel im Präsidium des Verwaltungsrates von SIX

 

Alexandre Zeller wird von seinem Amt als Präsident des Verwaltungsrates von SIX per Ende September 2016 zurücktreten. Alexandre Zeller konnte die strategische Ausrichtung von SIX nach der Fusionsphase erfolgreich schärfen und das Unternehmen auf die neuen Anforderungen des internationalen und nationalen Marktes ausrichten. Bis zur Wahl eines Nachfolgers von Alexandre Zeller wird der derzeitige Vizepräsident, Dr. Romeo Lacher, per 1. Oktober 2016 das Präsidium des Verwaltungsrates übernehmen. Über die Nachfolge als Präsident des Verwaltungsrates wird zu gegebener Zeit informiert werden.

 

 

Changement à la présidence du Conseil d’administration de SIX

 

Alexandre Zeller quittera ses fonctions de Président du Conseil d’administration de SIX fin septembre 2016. M. Zeller a su renforcer l’orientation stratégique de SIX après la fusion et adapter l’entreprise aux nouvelles exigences des marchés nationaux et internationaux. D’ici à l’élection de son successeur, c’est à l’actuel Vice-Président, Romeo Lacher, qu’il reviendra d’assurer, à compter du 1er octobre 2016, la présidence du Conseil d’administration à titre intérimaire. Les informations concernant le successeur de M. Zeller seront communiquées en temps utile.
