Michael Zaugg will join the Executive Management of the Ypsomed Group in mid-April 2017 and take on the role of Senior Vice President Human Resources. He will succeed Yvonne Müller, who is leaving Ypsomed at her own request.

Michael Zaugg is 44 years old and studied Economics at the University of Basel. In his career to-date, he was able to accumulate broad experience in a human resource environment in different positions, among others in the banking and energy sector. Since 2011, he was employed by ABB Switzerland AG with the responsibility of Regional Manager HR Talent for Europe. CEO Simon Michel is delighted with the appointment of Michael Zaugg: "With his proven expertise, Michael Zaugg will be able to significantly shape the strategic and operational development of human resource management at the Ypsomed Group, particularly in terms of international expansion."

Yvonne Müller has been responsible for the Human Resources Department since 2003 and has assured professional and sustainable personnel recruitment, support and development in these 13 years.
