Resumption of trading regarding Accu Holding Ltd

 

SIX Exchange Regulation exceptionally granted Accu Holding Ltd on their request to publish their audited annual report 2015 only on 29 July 2016. The company did not comply with this time limit. Trading with the shares of the company was therefore suspended as of 2 August 2016 temporarily. On 30 September 2016 the company published at least the half year report 2016. Therefore trading with the shares of the company will be resumed on 3 October 2016.

 

 

Wiedereröffnung des Handels betreffend Accu Holding AG

 

SIX Exchange Regulation hatte Accu Holding AG auf Gesuch hin ausnahmsweise bewilligt, ihren geprüften Geschäftsbericht 2015 erst am 29. Juli 2016 zu veröffentlichen. Die Gesellschaft hatte diese Frist nicht eingehalten. Daher wurde der Handel mit den Aktien der Gesellschaft per 2. August 2016 vorübergehend eingestellt. Am 30. September 2016 veröffentlichte die Gesellschaft zumindest den Halbjahresbericht 2016. Daher wird der Handel mit den Aktien der Gesellschaft per 3. Oktober 2016 wieder eröffnet.

 

 

Reprise du négoce concernant Accu Holding SA

 

SIX Exchange Regulation a accordé à Accu Holding SA sur requête exceptionnellement qu’elle puisse publier son rapport de gestion 2015 audité le 29 juillet 2016. La société n’a pas respecté ce délai. En conséquence le négoce d’actions de la société avait été suspendu temporairement à partir du 2 août 2016. Le 30 septembre 2016 la société a publié du moins le rapport semestriel 2016. Par conséquence le négoce d’actions de la société sera ré-ouverte le 3 octobre 2016.
