On 18 August 2016, Micronas Semiconductor Holding Ltd, Zurich applied for the delisting of all of its listed registered shares (Swiss Security Number 1’233’742 / ISIN CH0012337421) with a par value of CHF 0.05 each. SIX Exchange Regulation granted this application on 13 October 2016. The trading of the companies’ registered shares on SIX Swiss Exchange will be suspended upon deletion from the commercial register (expected on 20 October 2016).
