Mirko Käppeli becomes the new CFO of Zug Estates Holding AG

The board of directors of Zug Estates Holding AG has appointed Mirko
Käppeli to succeed Gabriela Theus as the new Chief Financial Officer. He
will take up his position at Zug Estates by 1 May 2017 at the latest.

36-year-old Mirko Käppeli has a longstanding track record in finance at
various real estate companies. He has worked in financial roles at the
Seewarte Group since 2010, and has been their CFO since 2011. He previously
worked as a Finance Manager in various companies, including Mobimo between
2005 and 2009. Mirko Käppeli is Swiss and holds a degree in Business
Administration from the University of St. Gallen (lic. oec. HSG).
