November 2016: Die Übernahmekommission hat festgestellt, dass die Überführung des bestehenden Aktionärspools von Vontobel Holding AG in die Nachfolge-Pools für Vontobel-Stiftung, Pellegrinus Holding AG, Vontrust AG, Advontes AG in Gründung, jeweils unter Einschluss der diese beherrschenden Personen, und für Kathrin Kobel-Vontobel keine Pflicht auslöst, ein öffentliches Kaufangebot zu unterbreiten.

22 novembre 2016: La Commission des OPA a constaté que le transfert du pool d'actionnaires existant de Vontobel Holding AG dans les pools successeurs ne déclenche pas d'obligation de présenter une offre publique d'acquisition pour Vontobel Foundation, Pellegrinus Holding AG, Vontrust AG, Advontes AG en formation, y compris les personnes qui les contrôlent, et pour Kathrin Kobel-Vontobel concernant Vontobel Holding AG.

22 November 2016: The Takeover Board has acknowledged that the transfer of the existing shareholders pool of Vontobel Holding AG into the successor pools does not trigger an obligation to make a public takeover offer for Vontobel Foundation, Pellegrinus Holding AG, Vontrust AG, Advontes AG in its founding, including their controlling persons, and for Kathrin Kobel-Vontobel concerning Vontobel Holding AG.
