Lausanne – Alpiq gibt bekannt, dass Christian Wanner aufgrund Erreichens des 70. Lebensjahres an der nächsten Generalversammlung der Alpiq Holding AG nicht mehr zur Wiederwahl als Verwaltungsrat zur Verfügung stehen wird. Alt Regierungsrat Christian Wanner hat dieses Mandat seit 1996 ohne Unterbrechung ausgeübt. Er hat die Neuausrichtung des Unternehmens Alpiq über viele Jahre hinweg wesentlich mitgeprägt. Der Verwaltungsrat dankt Christian Wanner für sein grosses Engagement. 

Gemäss den Statuten der Alpiq Holding AG steht dem Kanton Solothurn ein Sitz im Verwaltungsrat zu. Der Kanton Solothurn hat Heinz Saner, selbständiger Anwalt und Notar, Olten, als Nachfolger von Christian Wanner und Vertreter des Kantons Solothurn nominiert.

Christian Wanner, membre du Conseil d’administration d’Alpiq, ne se représente plus au Conseil d’administration

Lausanne – Alpiq annonce que Christian Wanner, qui aura atteint l’âge de 70 ans, ne se présentera plus lors de la prochaine Assemblée générale d’Alpiq Holding SA pour être réélu en tant que membre du Conseil d’administration. L’ancien Conseiller d’Etat Christian Wanner a exercé ce mandat sans interruption depuis 1996. Il a fortement contribué à la réorientation de l’entreprise Alpiq pendant de nombreuses années. Le Conseil d’administration remercie Christian Wanner pour son grand engagement. 

Conformément aux statuts d’Alpiq Holding SA, le canton de Soleure a droit à un siège au Conseil d’administration. Le canton de Soleure a nommé Heinz Saner, avocat et notaire indépendant d’Olten, pour succéder à Christian Wanner et représenter le canton de Soleure.

Christian Wanner, Member of the Alpiq Board of Directors, will not be standing for re-election

Lausanne – Alpiq announces that due to reaching the age of 70, Christian Wanner will no longer be standing for re-election as a Member of the Board of Directors at the next Annual General Meeting of Alpiq Holding Ltd. Christian Wanner, a former Cantonal Councillor, has held this mandate without interruption since 1996. Over many years, he has contributed substantially towards shaping the realignment of Alpiq. The Board of Directors would like to express its gratitude to Christian Wanner for his strong commitment. 

According to the Articles of Association of Alpiq Holding Ltd., the canton of Solothurn is entitled to one seat on the Board of Directors. The canton of Solothurn has nominated Heinz Saner, an independent attorney and notary in Olten, as the successor of Christian Wanner and representative of the canton of Solothurn.
