Traffic figures
2,019,155 passengers were handled at Zurich Airport in November (+6.6% vs. previous year). Local passengers increased by 5.8% and transfer passengers by 8.7%. The transfer rate which was at 30.7% last November is at 31.3% in the month under review.

Air traffic movements
In November, air traffic movements increased to 20,155 (+2.3% vs. previous year). 

Traffic ratios
The average seat load factor is at 73.0% (-1.1 percentage points vs. previous year) and the average passenger per movement figure increased to 113 (110 previous year).

Commercial Activities 
Total turnover in November was CHF 39.8m (+0.6% vs. previous year). The increase divides into +1.2% for airside and -0.1% for landside. Year-to-date, total turnover saw an increase of +1.9% compared to last year (airside +2.8%, landside +0.9%). The spend per departing passenger is currently at CHF 38.9 (-2.8% vs. previous year).

Update traffic guidance 2016
Due to the ongoing strong demand, Flughafen Zürich AG adopts its passenger guidance for the full year 2016. Total passenger volume is expected to grow by approximately 5% (previous approximately 4%). Net profit will adjust accordingly.
