Galenica stärkt ihr Logistikgeschäft
Die Galenica Gruppe übernimmt über ihre Pharmagrossistin Galexis AG die Ärzte-Grossistin Pharmapool AG. Diese wird unter ihrem bisherigen Namen ihre Dienstleistungen weiterhin am Markt anbieten und führungsmässig bei Galenica Santé innerhalb des Geschäftsbereichs Services integriert, der künftig interessante Synergiepotenziale nutzen können wird.
Galenica ist eine diversifizierte Unternehmensgruppe im Gesundheitsmarkt, die unter anderem Pharmazeutika entwickelt, produziert und vertreibt, Apotheken führt, Logistikdienstleistungen anbietet sowie Datenbanken offeriert und Netzwerke etabliert. Le Groupe Galenica acquiert le grossiste en propharmacie Pharmapool SA par le biais de son grossiste Galexis SA. Pharmapool SA continuera de proposer ses services sur le marché sous son nom actuel et sera intégrée en termes de gestion à Galenica Santé, au sein du Domaine d’activités Services qui pourra à l’avenir exploiter un potentiel synergétique prometteur.

Galenica strengthens its logistics business
The Galenica Group is taking over the physicians wholesaler Pharmapool Ltd. through its own pharmaceutical wholesale company Galexis Ltd. The company will continue to offer its services on the market under its current name and for management purposes will be integrated into Galenica Santé as part of the Services Business sector, which will be able to exploit attractive potential synergies in the future.
