The Sanction Commission of SIX Swiss Exchange has charged SIX Exchange Regulation with the publication of the following release:
Sanction Proposal against Publigroupe Ltd.
SIX Exchange Regulation has submitted a sanction proposal against Publigroupe Ltd to the Sanction Commission of SIX Swiss Exchange. After completion of its investigation SIX Exchange Regulation is of the opinion that Publigroupe Ltd violated the applicable accounting standards in the annual financial statements 2011 and the interim financial statements 2012.
Die Sanktionskommission der SIX Swiss Exchange hat SIX Exchange Regulation mit der Veröffentlichung nachfolgender Mitteilung beauftragt:
Sanktionsantrag gegen Publigroupe AG
SIX Exchange Regulation hat der Sanktionskommission von SIX Swiss Exchange einen Sanktionsantrag gegen die Publigroupe AG gestellt. Sie ist nach Abschluss ihrer Untersuchung der Auffassung, dass die Publigroupe AG im Jahresabschluss 2011 und im Halbjahresabschluss 2012 gegen die angewandten Rechnungslegungsstandards verstossen hat.

Demande de sanction à l’encontre de Publigroupe SA
SIX Exchange Regulation a déposé une demande de sanction à l’encontre de Publigroupe SA auprès de la Commission des sanctions de SIX Swiss Exchange. A l’issue de son enquête, elle considère que Publigroupe SA a enfreint les normes comptables dans les comptes annuels 2011 et les comptes semestriels 2012.
