und Vita-Merfen®
Die Galenica Gruppe stärkt ihr OTC-Produktportfolio innerhalb der Geschäftseinheit Galenica Santé. Ihre Tochtergesellschaft Vifor Consumer Health übernimmt von GSK Consumer Healthcare Schweiz AG die beiden Schweizer Traditionsmarken Merfen® und Vita-Merfen®. Damit tritt Vifor Consumer Health neu in den Markt der Wundversorgung ein und baut ihre Position im Schweizer Gesundheitsmarkt weiter aus.
Galenica ist eine diversifizierte Unternehmensgruppe im Gesundheitsmarkt, die unter anderem Pharmazeutika entwickelt, produziert und vertreibt, Apotheken führt, Logistikdienstleistungen anbietet sowie Datenbanken offeriert und Netzwerke etabliert. Galenica Santé ajoute Merfen® et Vita-Merfen® à son portefeuille
de produits OTC
Le Groupe Galenica renforce encore son portefeuille de produits OTC de l’entité Galenica Santé. Il acquiert les deux marques suisses emblématiques Merfen® et Vita-Merfen® de GSK Consumer Healthcare Schweiz AG via sa société Vifor Consumer Health. Vifor Consumer Health entre ainsi sur le marché du traitement des plaies et renforce encore sa position sur le marché suisse de la santé.

Galenica Santé adds Merfen® and Vita-Merfen® to its OTC product portfolio
The Galenica Group is further strengthening its OTC product portfolio in the Galenica Santé Business unit. Its subsidiary Vifor Consumer Health is acquiring the two iconic Swiss brands Merfen® and Vita-Merfen® from GSK Consumer Healthcare Schweiz AG. Vifor Consumer Health is therefore entering a new market in the form of wound care and further expanding its position in the Swiss healthcare market.
