Election of a New Chairman of the Board of Directors of SHL Telemedicine
Tel Aviv/Zurich, 23 March 2017 – SHL Telemedicine Ltd. (SIX Swiss Exchange: SHLTN, OTCPK: SMDCY) (“SHL”), a leading provider and developer of advanced personal telemedicine solutions, announced today that Mr. Elon Shalev was elected by the Board to serve as SHL’s Chairman of the Board of Directors. Mr. Shalev is a co-founder of SHL, has served as a board member since its inception in 1987, and has served as SHL’s Chairman between 2011 and 2015. The Board has thanked the former Chairman, Mr. Blumensohn, for his committed service as Chairman and has congratulated Mr. Shalev on his nomination.
