3. April 2017: Die Übernahmekommission hat angeordnet, dass AEVIS VICTORIA SA bis am 5. April 2017 folgende Ergänzung zum Angebotsprospekt publizieren muss: (i) Hinweis auf die Verfügung der Übernahmekommission und die Verpflichtung, eine Ergänzung zum Angebotsprospekt zu publizieren; (ii) Hinweis, dass die von AEVIS VICTORIA SA in Ziff. 2 der Ergänzung Nr. 1 vom 27. März 2017 zum Angebotsprospektes gemachten Aussagen eine Interpretation von AEVIS VICTORIA SA darstellen; (iii) Hinweis, dass LifeWatch AG diese Interpretation bestreitet; (iv) Wiedergabe der genauen Aussagen, welche anlässlich der Pressekonferenz von LifeWatch AG vom 20. März 2017 getätigt wurden.

3 avril 2017: La Commission des OPA a ordonné à AEVIS VICTORIA SA de publier au plus tard le mercredi 5 avril 2017 un complément à son prospectus d’offre contenant les informations suivantes : (i) mention de la décision et de l’exigence de la COPA de la publication d’un complément au prospectus ; (ii) indication que les affirmations présentées par AEVIS VICTORIA SA comme des faits au chiffre 2 du complément n° 1 du 27 mars 2017 sont une interprétation de la part d’AEVIS VICTORIA SA ; (iii) indication que LifeWatch AG conteste cette interprétation ; (iv) citation des propos exactement tenus lors de la conférence de presse de LifeWatch AG du 20 mars 2017.

3 April 2017: The Swiss Takeover Board has decided that AEVIS VICTORIA SA has to publish a complement to its offer prospectus with the following information : (i) reference to the decision and requirement of the Swiss Takeover Board that a complement to the offer prospectus has to be published; (ii) indication that the statements made by AEVIS VICTORIA SA in para. 2 of the complement to the prospectus of 27 March 2017 must be construed as an interpretation of AEVIS VICTORIA SA; (iii) indication that LifeWatch AG contests this interpretation; (iv) quote of the exact statements made during the press conference of LifeWatch AG from 20 March 2017.
