Dufry Board to propose Mr. Julián Díaz González as Board member at the Annual General Meeting of April 30, 2013
Dufry AG announces that its Board of Directors will propose at the Annual General Meeting on April 30, 2013, to add Mr. Julián Díaz González as new Board member in addition to the seven Board members already elected or proposed for re-election.
Mr. Díaz González will retain his current role as Chief Executive Officer of Dufry Group.
