Bachem und Axon Neurosciences unterzeichnen eine Vereinbarung zur Fertigformulierung eines Peptid-Protein-Konjugats

Bachem (SIX: BANB) und Axon Neuroscience SE geben bekannt, dass die beiden Unternehmen eine Partnerschaft eingegangen sind, in deren Rahmen Bachem den pharmazeutischen Wirkstoff für Axon herstellt und steril unter der Bachem Marke Clinalfa® abfüllt. Das innovative Produkt von Axon zur Behandlung der Alzheimer-Krankheit besteht aus einem Peptid-Protein-Konjugat und wird in Europa in die klinische Phase 1 eintreten.
Bachem and Axon Neurosiences sign contract for finished dosage forms of peptide-protein conjugate
Bubendorf/Basel, Switzerland and Bratislava, Slovakia Bachem (SIX: BANB) and Axon Neuroscience SE today announced that the two companies have entered into a collaboration under which Bachem manufactures Axon’s investigational API and supplies it as a finished dosage form under Bachem’s Clinalfa® brand. Axon’s innovative product targeting Alzheimer’s disease consists of a peptide-protein conjugate and will enter phase I clinical trials in Europe.
