Myriad Group announces a change in the board of directors Donnerstag, 27. April 2017 - 18:00

ZURICH, Switzerland – 27 April 2017 – Myriad Group AG (SIX Swiss Exchange: MYRN) today announced Mauro Saladini will not be standing for re-election at the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders on the 24th May 2017 due to increasing time commitments and a lack of availability in Switzerland, caused by the relocation of his role with Kudelski to the United States.

Erik Hansen, Executive Chairman, commented: “On behalf of the Board I would like to thank Mauro for his invaluable contribution to the business over the past four years. He has been a great influence on the Company and we wish him well with his future endeavours.”
