Closure of two plants in France

As part of the project announced in May 2016, the management of Allia SAS – a subsidiary of Geberit in France – has reached an agreement together with the unions regarding the cessation of the ceramic production at its plant in Digoin and the closure of its plant in La Villeneuve-au-Chêne, subject to approval of the labor administration.
