KUDELSKI GROUP AND ARRIS SIGN PATENT LICENSE AGREEMENT

Cheseaux-sur-Lausanne, Switzerland and Phoenix (AZ), USA, July 18, 2017 – The Kudelski Group (SIX: KUD.S) announced today that it has signed a limited patent license agreement with ARRIS International plc, (ARRIS).

Financial terms of the agreement were not disclosed.
