KUDELSKI GROUP AND ADVANCED DIGITAL BROADCAST SIGN TECHNOLOGY LICENSE AGREEMENT

Cheseaux, April 16^th, 2013 – The Kudelski Group (SIX:KUD.S), the world’s leading independent provider of media content protection and value-added service technology, and Advanced Digital Broadcast S.A., a leading designer and manufacturer of Pay TV products and services, today announced that they have entered into a multi-year technology license agreement whereby Advanced Digital Broadcast has licensed patents registered in Italy and owned by the Kudelski Group. This agreement extends the long-standing cooperation between both companies.
