SIX Exchange Regulation reaches an agreement with SHL Telemedicine Ltd.
SIX Exchange Regulation has reached an agreement with SHL Telemedicine Ltd. in connection with a breach of the accounting standards (IFRS) in the 2015 annual financial statements. The identified deficiencies relate to the revenue recognition and disclosure for performance-based contracts as well as the recognition of expenses. As part of the agreement, the company has committed itself to correct the errors, to adjust the disclosures in the 2016 annual financial statements and to make a payment of CHF 15,000 to the IFRS-Foundation.

SIX Exchange Regulation hat sich mit SHL Telemedicine Ltd. im Zusammenhang mit einem Verstoss gegen die Rechnungslegungsvorschriften (IFRS) im Jahresabschluss 2015 geeinigt. Die festgestellten Mängel beziehen sich auf die Umsatzerfassung und Offenlegungen für leistungsabhängige Verträge sowie die Aufwandserfassung. Die Gesellschaft hat sich im Rahmen der Einigung verpflichtet, die Fehler im IFRS-Jahresabschluss 2016 zu korrigieren, die Anhangsangaben anzupassen und eine Zahlung über CHF 15'000 an die IFRS-Foundation zu leisten.

SIX Exchange Regulation a conclu un accord avec SHL Telemedicine Ltd. suite à des infractions aux normes comptables (IFRS) dans les comptes annuels 2015. Les erreurs identifiées portent sur la comptabilisation des produits et de la déclaration relative aux contrats basés sur la performance ainsi que sur la comptabilisation des charges. Dans le cadre de l'accord, la société s'est engagée à corriger les erreurs, à ajuster les publications figurant dans les comptes annuels 2016 et à verser un paiement de 15 000 francs à la Fondation IFRS.
