Annual General Meeting of Shareholders approves all proposals
At today’s Annual General Meeting in Zurich the shareholders of Kuoni Travel Holding Ltd. approved all the proposals on the agenda. The two current members of the Board of Directors Annette Schömmel and Raymond D. Webster were both re-elected for a term of office of three years.
A distribution from the capital contribution reserve of CHF 0.60 per registered share A and CHF 3.00 per registered share B was approved for 2012, unchanged from the previous year. The value date for the distribution is 24 April 2013.
