SIX Payment Services übernimmt das Acquiring-und Terminal-Geschäft der Aduno Gruppe
SIX Payment Services AG erwirbt von der Aduno Gruppe die Geschäftseinheit Aduno SA, welche für das Acquiring- und Terminal-Geschäft (Kartenakzeptanz und –verarbeitung) verantwortlich ist. Damit unterstreicht SIX das Ziel, ihr Wachstum voranzutreiben und festigt ihre Position nachhaltig als führende Anbieterin für den kartenbasierten Zahlungsverkehr in der Schweiz und in Europa. Die Transaktion wurde abgeschlossen. Über den Kaufpreis wurde zwischen den Parteien Stillschweigen vereinbart.

SIX Payment Services Ltd is purchasing from Aduno Group the business unit Aduno SA, responsible for acquiring and terminal business (card acceptance and processing). By so doing, SIX is underscoring its aim of driving forward its growth and consolidating its position over the long term as the leading provider of card-based payment services in Switzerland and Europe. The sale of Aduno SA to SIX has been completed. The parties have agreed not to disclose the purchase price.

SIX Payment Services SA rachète l’unité Aduno SA du Groupe Aduno, qui est chargée des activités d’acquiring et liées aux terminaux (acceptation et traitement des cartes). Ainsi SIX confirme son objectif de poursuivre sa croissance et renforce durablement sa position de fournisseur leader du trafic des paiements par carte en Suisse et en Europe. La vente d’Aduno SA à SIX a été effectuée. Les parties ont convenu de ne pas divulguer le montant de la transaction.

SIX Payment Services SA acquisisce da Gruppo Aduno l’unità operativa Aduno SA, responsabile dell’attività Acquiring e Terminal (accettazione ed elaborazione delle carte). SIX si focalizza così sul suo obiettivo di portare avanti la propria crescita e consolida in modo sostenibile la sua posizione di leader per quanto riguarda il traffico dei pagamenti basato sulle carte in Svizzera e in Europa. La vendita di Aduno SA a SIX è andata a buon fine. Le parti hanno concordato di mantenere il riserbo sul prezzo d’acquisto.
