Change in the Board of Directors at Myriad Group AG
ZURICH, Switzerland – 19 April 2013 – Myriad Group AG (SIX Swiss Exchange: MYRN), the company creating and connecting communities across mobile and TV, today announced that David Arnott will not stand for re-election at the Annual General Meeting on 29 April 2013, due to his full-time commitments as CEO of Temenos. Myriad will propose Richard Francis (Managing Director of Francis Vienne Ltd) as a new non-executive member of the Board of Directors for election at the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders on 29 April 2013.

Curriculum Vitae of Richard Francis
Born/Nationality 1969, British citizen
Mr. Francis has been serving as Managing Director of Francis Vienne Ltd, a company providing strategic financial services to high-growth companies, since 2011. He has experience in managing finance and operations for both public and privately-held technology companies. His most recent public company role was CFO of Day Software (2008–2011), a Swiss listed company that was acquired by Adobe Systems in 2010. Previously, Mr Francis was Senior Director of Finance, EMEA for Interwoven (2004-2008). He has also held senior finance positions with Novell, Gillette and Duracell, and qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Deloitte. Mr Francis holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Economics from the University of Manchester.
