Myriad Group AG Submits Application to Delist from SIX Swiss Exchange

ZURICH, Switzerland – 14th September 2017: Myriad Group AG (SIX Swiss Exchange: MYRN) today announces that the Board of Directors have resolved to apply to delist the Company from SIX Swiss Exchange. The timetable for delisting will be set by SIX Swiss Exchange once they have considered the Company’s application. Further details regarding the final trading period will be announced once they are known.
