SIX Exchange Regulation publishes decision with grounds regarding delisting of AbbVie Inc, Illinois
AbbVie Inc has announced, that all of its secondary listed shares (Swiss Security Number 20’145’667 / ISIN US00287Y1091) with a nominal value of USD 0.01 will be delisted from SIX Swiss Exchange. SIX Exchange Regulation has granted the companies’ application on 19 September 2017. The decision with grounds regarding the delisting of AbbVie Inc is available on the Website of SIX Exchange Regulation: https://www.six-exchange-regulation.com/en/home/publications/notices.html.
The delisting will take place on 21 December 2017, the last trading date on SIX Swiss Exchange will be on 20 December 2017.
