The Disclosure Office of SIX Swiss Exchange publishes its 2016 Annual Report
•With the entry into force of the Financial Market Infrastructure Act (FMIA) as at 1 January 2016, new provisions took effect concerning the duty to report voting rights. These provisions were fleshed out over the course of 2016 as a result of the Disclosure Office's practice.
•Because certain affected parties stated that they had difficulties with the specific implementation of these duties, FINMA amended the relevant ordinance provision in the spring of 2017.
•The number of disclosure notifications increased significantly compared with the previous year, while the number of potential breaches only increased to a lesser extent.

Die Offenlegungsstelle von SIX Swiss Exchange publiziert ihren Jahresbericht 2016
•Mit der Inkraftsetzung des Finanzmarktinfrastrukturgesetzes (FinfraG) per 1. Januar 2016 wurde die Pflicht zur Meldung von Stimmrechten neu geregelt. Im Verlauf des Jahres 2016 wurden diese Bestimmungen durch die Praxis der Offenlegungsstelle konkretisiert.
•Weil gewisse Betroffene mit der konkreten Umsetzung dieser Pflichten Schwierigkeiten bekundeten, änderte die FINMA die entsprechende Verordnungsbestimmung im Frühjahr 2017.
•Die Anzahl der Offenlegungsmeldungen erhöhte sich gegenüber dem Vorjahr deutlich, während die Anzahl möglicher Verletzungen nur in geringerem Umfang zunahm.

L'Instance pour la publicité des participations de SIX Swiss Exchange publie son rapport annuel 2016
•L'entrée en vigueur de la Loi sur l'infrastructure des marchés financiers (LIMF) au 1er janvier 2016 a modifié les règles régissant l'obligation de déclarer les droits de vote. Dans le courant de l'année 2016, ces dispositions ont été concrétisées dans la pratique de l'Instance pour la publicité des participations.
•Comme certaines parties concernées ont signalé des difficultés dans la mise en œuvre concrète de ces obligations, la FINMA a remanié la disposition correspondante de l'ordonnance au printemps 2017.
•Le nombre d' annonces de participations a fortement augmenté par rapport à l'année précédente, le nombre d'infractions potentielles ne progressant que dans une moindre mesure.
