Alpiq hat ihren Aktien-Anteil von 24,6 Prozent an Repower für insgesamt rund 171 Millionen Franken je hälftig an den Kanton Graubünden und Axpo verkauft.
Nach erfolgreichem Vollzug der Repower-Transaktion, worüber am 2. April 2013 informiert worden ist, geben die Vertragspartner Alpiq, Axpo und Kanton Graubünden hiermit gemeinsam den Verkaufspreis bekannt.
Alpiq hat ihren Anteil von 24,6% an Repower je hälftig zu je rund 85,6 Millionen Franken an die beiden anderen Hauptaktionäre, den Kanton Graubünden und Axpo, veräussert. Dies entspricht einem Verkaufspreis von 250 Franken pro verkaufte Aktie.
Dieser Verkauf ist Teil der Devestitionen, welche Alpiq im Rahmen des laufenden Restrukturierungsprogramms durchführt und die einen Abbau der Nettoverschuldung von rund 1,2 bis 1,6 Milliarden Franken zum Ziel haben.

Alpiq ha venduto la sua quota azionaria del 24,6 percento in Repower in parti uguali al Canton Grigioni e ad Axpo per un importo totale di circa 171 milioni di franchi.
Conclusasi con buon esito l’operazione di compravendita della partecipazione in Repower, annunciata lo scorso 2 aprile 2013, ora i partner contrattuali Alpiq, Axpo e il Canton Grigioni rendono noto il prezzo di vendita in un comunicato congiunto.
Alpiq ha venduto la sua quota del 24,6% in Repower in parti uguali ognuna di ca. 85,6 milioni di franchi, ossia 250 franchi per azione, agli altri due principali azionisti, il Canton Grigioni e Axpo.
La vendita rientra fra le attività di disinvestimento attuate da Alpiq nel quadro del suo programma di ristrutturazione in corso. Esse hanno come obiettivo la riduzione dell’indebitamento netto di ca. 1,2 – 1,6 miliardi di franchi.

Alpiq a vendu sa part d'actions dans Repower (24,6 %) pour un total de quelque 171 millions de francs respectivement pour moitié au canton des Grisons et à Axpo.
Après avoir mené à bien la transaction Repower, selon les informations transmises le 2 avril 2013, les partenaires contractuels Alpiq, Axpo et le canton des Grisons annoncent aujourd'hui d'un commun accord le prix de vente.
Alpiq a cédé sa part de 24,6 % dans Repower aux deux autres actionnaires principaux, le canton des Grisons et Axpo, pour un montant respectif de 85,6 millions de francs. Cette somme correspond à un prix de vente de 250 francs par action vendue.
Cette vente fait partie des désinvestissements qu'Alpiq effectue dans le cadre du programme de restructuration en cours et qui a pour but de réduire l'endettement net d'environ 1,2 à 1,6 milliard de francs.

Alpiq has sold its 24.6% stake in Repower in equal parts to the canton of Graubünden and Axpo for a total price of around CHF 171 million.
Following the successful closing of the Repower transaction, which was communicated on 2 April 2013, the parties to the agreement – Alpiq, Axpo and the canton of Graubünden – hereby jointly disclose the selling price.
Alpiq has sold its 24.6% interest in Repower in equal parts to the two other principal shareholders, the canton of Graubünden and Axpo, each of which has paid around CHF 85.6 million for its half of the stake. This corresponds to a selling price of CHF 250 per share sold.
This disposal is part of the divestments which Alpiq is making within the framework of its ongoing restructuring programme, with the aim of reducing net debt by around CHF 1.2 to 1.6 billion.
