LifeWatch delisting from SIX Swiss Exchange approved


Zug/Switzerland, October 26, 2017 - LifeWatch AG (SIX Swiss Exchange: LIFE),
a leading developer and provider of medical solutions and remote diagnostic
monitoring services in the digital health market, reports that in a decision
dated October 25, 2017, SIX Exchange Regulation approved the delisting of
all registered shares of LifeWatch AG. The last day of trading and the date
of the delisting will be determined upon submission of the legally binding
cancellation judgment of the Supreme Court of the Canton of Zug to SIX
Exchange Regulation.
