SIX receives an AA- credit rating from Standard & Poor's for the eighth time in a row
The rating agency Standard & Poor's (S&P) has once again affirmed an AA- credit rating for SIX Group Ltd. S&P recognises the broad diversification, solid balance sheet structure and high liquidity of SIX. The securities services providers SIX SIS Ltd and SIX x-clear Ltd each retained an AA- rating. The rating of SIX Payment Services (Austria) GmbH declined slightly from AA- to A+. Because of increasing margin pressure and growing competition, S&P has changed the outlook for SIX Group Ltd from stable to negative.

Die Ratingagentur Standard & Poor's (S&P) bestätigt heute erneut das AA- Kreditrating von SIX Group AG. S&P anerkennt die breite Diversifikation, die solide Bilanzstruktur sowie die hohe Liquidität von SIX. Die beiden im Geschäft mit Wertschriftendienstleistungen tätigen Gesellschaften SIX SIS AG und SIX x-clear AG erhalten unverändert je ein AA- Rating. Das Rating von SIX Payment Services (Austria) GmbH vermindert sich leicht von AA- zu A+. Wegen steigendem Margendruck und zunehmendem Wettbewerb setzt S&P den Ausblick von SIX Group AG von stabil auf negativ.

L'agence de notation Standard & Poor's (S&P) confirme à nouveau la note de crédit AA- de SIX Group SA, reconnaissant ainsi la large diversification, la solide structure de bilan ainsi que la forte liquidité de SIX. Les deux sociétés actives dans les services sur titres, SIX SIS SA et SIX x-clear SA, obtiennent chacune à nouveau la note AA-. La note de SIX Payment Services (Austria) GmbH diminue légèrement, passant de AA- à A+. Au vu de la pression accrue sur les marges et de l'intensification de la concurrence, S&P revoit les perspectives de SIX Group SA de stables à négatives.
