Investis increases stake in project company La Foncière de la Dixence SA
- Higher shareholding in project company
- Full consolidation of the development project in Hérémence
Investis is increasing its stake in the company La Foncière de la Dixence SA from 50% to 75%, making it the majority shareholder. The project company is in charge of planning and financing the Dixence Resort development project in Hérémence.
Investis has increased its shareholding following a capital increase implemented within the project company to finance the next stage of construction. Now that it has acquired a majority capital stake, Investis will be consolidating the Dixence Resort development project in full.
