Change in the Board of Directors at the Jungfraubahn Group

At the Annual General Meeting (AGM) at Jungfraubahn Holding AG on 14 May
2018, there will be a change in the Board of Directors. Current board member
Bruno Hofweber will no longer be available for re-election.

At its meeting on Friday 24 November 2017, the Jungfraubahn Holding AG board
was informed by Hofweber that he will no longer be available for re-election
at the AGM in May. The board will address the question of a possible
successor in the course of its preparations for the AGM and announce it as
soon as a decision has been reached.

Bruno Hofweber was elected to the Board of Directors at the Jungfraubahn
Holding AG AGM in 2009. As a long-standing board member, Bruno Hofweber will
leave the corporation at the AGM on 14 May 2018. Jungfraubahn Holding would
like to take this opportunity to Bruno Hofweber for his great commitment.
