Biel, 3. Mai 2013, 17.45 Uhr. Der Aktionärsbindungsvertrag der Investorengruppe, die 70,3% der Stimmrechte der Mikron Holding AG hält, verlängert sich um zwei Jahre, das heisst bis Mai 2015. Kein Mitglied der Investorengruppe hat von der Ausstiegs-möglichkeit Gebrauch gemacht. Die Investorengruppe setzt sich zusammen aus der Ammann Gruppe Holding AG (Langenthal), Herrn Rudolf Maag (Binningen), der Tegula AG (Zürich), der Personalfürsorgestiftung Rieter AG (Winterthur) und der Corporate Investment Management Affentranger Holding AG (Genf). Prolongation de la convention d’actionnaires

Bienne, le 3 mai 2013, 17h45. La convention d'actionnaires du groupe d'investisseurs détenant 70,3% des droits de vote de Mikron Holding AG est prolongée de deux ans, c'est-à-dire jusqu'en mai 2015. Aucun membre du groupe d'investisseurs n'a fait usage de son option de sortie. Le groupe d'investisseurs se compose d'Ammann Gruppe Holding AG (Langenthal), de Monsieur Rudolf Maag (Binningen), de Tegula AG (Zurich), de la fondation de prévoyance Rieter AG (Winterthour) et de Corporate Investment Management Affentranger Holding AG (Genève).

Il patto parasociale a cui è vincolato il gruppo di investitori che detiene il 70,3% dei diritti di voto della Mikron Holding SA viene prolungato di due anni, ossia fino a maggio 2015. Nessun socio del gruppo di investitori ha fatto uso della possibilità di svincolo dal patto. Il gruppo di investitori è composto dai seguenti soci: Amman Group Holding AG (Langenthal), signor Rudolf Maag (Binningen), Tegula AG (Zurigo), Fondazione di previdenza per il personale di Rieter AG (Winterthur) e Corporate Investment Management Affentranger Holding AG (Ginevra).

Biel/Bienne, 3 May 2013, 5.45 p.m. The Shareholders' Pooling Agreement of the group of investors that holds 70.3% of the voting rights in Mikron Holding AG, has been extended for two years, i.e. until May 2015. No member of the group of investors exercised his or her exit possibility. The group of investors comprises Ammann Gruppe Holding AG (Langenthal), Mr Rudolf Maag (Binningen), Tegula AG (Zurich), the Personalfürsorgestiftung Rieter AG (Winterthur) and Corporate Investment Management Affentranger Holding AG (Geneva).
