Purchase of significant Geneva property portfolio
- Ten residential properties acquired in top Geneva locations
- Deal scheduled for completion on 1 February 2018
Investis has signed a purchase agreement today to acquire Société d'investissements immobiliers SII SA, Geneva, a property company with a unique portfolio of ten residential properties in Geneva, for a price of CHF 108 million. The completion of the transaction is scheduled for 1 February 2018. The annualised full occupancy property rent for these properties is currently CHF 5.6 million. On signing the contract today, Investis paid a deposit of CHF 10.8 million.
“With their high rent potential and central location, these Geneva properties are an excellent fit with the strategy pursued by Investis,” said CEO Stéphane Bonvin.
