Mai 2013 – The Swatch Group AG gibt heute bekannt, dass Frau Nayla Hayek, Verwaltungsratspräsidentin der The Swatch Group AG, die Verantwortung als CEO von Harry Winston Inc., wahrnimmt. Frau Hayek wurde bereits bei der Akquisition des Unternehmens durch Swatch Group im März 2013 zur Verwaltungsratspräsidentin von Harry Winston, Inc. ernannt. Die Ernennung tritt sofort in Kraft.

Bienne (Suisse), 10 mai 2013 – The Swatch Group SA annonce aujourd’hui que Madame Nayla Hayek, Présidente du Conseil d’administration de The Swatch Group SA, assume la responsabilité de CEO de Harry Winston, Inc. Madame Hayek avait déjà été nommée Présidente du Conseil d’administration de ladite société lors de son acquisition par Swatch Group en mars 2013. La nomination entre en vigueur immédiatement.

La Signora Hayek era già stata nominata presidente del Consiglio d’amministrazione del marchio al momento dell’acquisizione da parte di Swatch Group nel marzo 2013. La nomina entra in vigore con effetto immediato.

Biel / Bienne, May 10, 2013 – The Swatch Group Ltd announces today that Mrs. Nayla Hayek, Chairwoman of The Swatch Group Ltd, has been assigned the responsibility as CEO of Harry Winston, Inc. Mrs. Hayek had already been nominated Chairwoman of Harry Winston, Inc. when the company was acquired by Swatch Group in March 2013. The nomination will enter into effect immediately.
