26 January 2018: Mengke Cai, Xiang Xu, Himalaya (Cayman Islands) TMT Fund, Himalaya Asset Management Ltd. and Kun Shen are obliged to make a public tender offer for all listed shares in SHL Telemedicine Ltd. for the price of CHF 8.70 per share. They are granted a period of two months to make this public tender offer and are until then prohibited from acquiring further shares or acquisition or disposal rights relating to SHL Telemedicine Ltd. GF Fund Management Co. Ltd. and Zhuhai Hokai Medical Instruments Co. Ltd. are not obliged to make a public tender offer for all listed shares in SHL Telemedicine Ltd.

26. Januar 2018: Mengke Cai, Xiang Xu, Himalaya (Cayman Islands) TMT Fund, Himalaya Asset Management Ltd. und Kun Shen sind verpflichtet, ein öffentliches Angebot für alle kotierten Aktien von SHL Telemedicine Ltd. zum Preis von CHF 8.70 pro Aktie zu publizieren. Ihnen wird eine Frist von zwei Monaten gewährt, um dieses öffentliche Angebot zu unterbreiten. Ihnen wird bis dahin untersagt, weitere Aktien sowie Erwerbs- oder Veräusserungsrechte bezüglich SHL Telemedicine Ltd. zu erwerben. GF Fund Management Co. Ltd. und Zhuhai Hokai Medical Instruments Co. Ltd. sind nicht verpflichtet, ein öffentliches Angebot für alle kotierten Aktien von SHL Telemedicine Ltd zu unterbreiten.

26 janvier 2018: Mengke Cai, Xiang Xu, Himalaya (Cayman Islands) TMT Fund, Himalaya Asset Management Ltd. et Kun Shen sont soumis à l'obligation de présenter une offre publique d'acquisition pour toutes les actions cotées de SHL Telemedicine Ltd. au prix de CHF 8.70 par action. Un délai de deux mois leur est accordé pour présenter cette offre publique d'acquisition. Jusqu'alors, il leur est interdit d'acquérir d'autres actions ou droits concernant l'acquisition ou l'aliénation d'actions de SHL Telemedicine Ltd. GF Fund Management Co. Ltd. et Zhuhai Hokai Medical Instruments Co. Ltd. ne sont pas soumis à l'obligation de présenter une offre publique d'acquisition pour toutes les actions cotées de SHL Telemedicine Ltd.
