10. Mai 2013: Die Übernahmekommission hat festgestellt, dass die Übertragung der Beteiligung an Repower AG im Umfang von 33.7 % der Stimmrechte von Axpo Trading AG auf Axpo Holding AG keine Pflicht zur Unterbreitung eines öffentlichen Übernahmeangebots auslöst.
10 mai 2013: La Commission des OPA a constaté que le transfert de la participation de 33.7 % des droits de vote dans Repower SA de Axpo Trading SA à Axpo Holding SA ne déclenche pas d'obligation de présenter une offre publique d'acquisition.
10 May 2013: The Swiss Takeover Board has acknowledged that the transfer of the holding of 33.7 % of the voting rights of Repower SA from Axpo Trading AG to Axpo Holding AG does not cause an obligation to make a offer.
