Traffic figures
1'966’362 passengers were handled at Zurich Airport in February (+4.6% vs. previous year). Local passengers increased by 6.1% and transfer passengers increased by 1.3%. The transfer rate which was at 29.1% last February is at 28.2% in the month under review.

Air traffic movements
In February, air traffic movements increased by 0.5% to 18'834 versus previous year. 

Traffic ratios
The average seat load factor saw a decrease of 0.3 percentage points to 73.3% and the average passenger per movement figure increased to 118.1 (114.1 previous year).

Commercial Activities 
Total turnover in February was CHF 39.7m (+4.1% vs. previous year). The increase divides into +6.9% for airside and +0.6% for landside.
