Meldepflicht i.S.v. Art. 134 FinfraG

10. April 2018: An der Kommissionssitzung vom 23. März 2018 hat die UEK entschieden, dass meldepflichtig nach Art. 134 FinfraG ist, wer drei Prozent oder mehr der Stimmrechte in Aktien oder in Beteiligungsderivaten i.S.v. Art. 2 lit. b UEV i.V.m. Art. 15 FinfraV-FINMA hält.

10 avril 2018: A la séance de la Commission du 23 mars 2018, la COPA a décidé que celui doit notifier selon l’art. 134 LIMF qui détient trois pour cent ou plus des droits de vote en action ou en dérivés de participation au sens de l’art. 2 lit. b OOPA en relation avec l’art. 15 OIMF-FINMA.

10 April 2018: In the Commission meeting of 23 March 2018, the Swiss Takeover Board decided that whoever holds three per cent or more of the voting rights or of the participation derivatives is obliged to make notifications pursuant to art. 134 FMIA in relation with art. 2 lit. b TOO and art. 15 FMIO-FINMA.
