Investis continues to implement its digital strategy and invests in Batmaid
Investis today acquired a 10.7% shareholding in Lausanne-based Vanguard Internet SA, which offers digital facility services under the “Batmaid” brand. The parties have agreed not to disclose the purchase price.
Batmaid is the first booking platform in Switzerland for sourcing professional, qualified, regional staff for household cleaning. Further information is available at: www.batmaid.com
