ASMALLWORLD AG (ASWN) introduces the world's most exclusive travel
memberships

Zurich, 03.05.2018 - Today, ASMALLWORLD AG introduced two new membership
levels: Signature and Prestige, the world's most exclusive travel
memberships. These unique memberships allow members to travel the world in
style and comfort by covering all essential aspects of travel. Members enjoy
exclusive status privileges at hotels, car rental companies and airlines as
well as unlimited access to airport lounges and nightlife venues. Members
will also receive up to 1,000,000 miles with Etihad Guest or 250,000 miles
with Miles & More, which can be redeemed on flights. The memberships are
priced at annual fees of EUR19,950 (plus an induction fee of EUR2,000) for
Signature and EUR5,200 for Prestige. The Signature membership is 'by
invitation only.'

ASMALLWORLD teamed up with strong partners to create two unique memberships

To offer its ultimate travel memberships, ASMALLWORLD has teamed up with
strong international partners who provide members with exclusive privileges
that cover all essential travel needs. Among the partners are Miles & More,
Etihad Guest and Starwood Preferred Guest, which allow members to travel the
world in style and comfort.

Signature members enjoy the ultimate travel experience:

- 1,000,000 Miles with Etihad Guest which can be redeemed on flights

- Etihad Guest Gold status, plus complimentary Gold status for a nominee

- Premium membership to the World's Finest Clubs, granting exclusive access
to over 200 nightlife venues around the world

- Unlimited access to 970+ airport lounges with DragonPass

- GoldSmith status with Mr & Mrs Smith

- Discovery Black status with Global Hotel Alliance

- Diamond status with SIXT

- Access to ASMALLWORLD with special Signature member benefits

- As an introductory offer until July 2nd, members are granted SPG Platinum
status

The Signature membership has an annual membership fee of EUR 19'950 plus an
induction fee of EUR 2'000 and is 'by invitation only.'

Prestige members enjoy the following exclusive Prestige privileges:

- 250,000 Miles with either Miles & More or Etihad Guest which can be
redeemed on flights (member's choice)

- Etihad Guest Gold status (with the Etihad miles only)

- Premium membership to the World's Finest Clubs, granting exclusive access
to over 200 nightlife venues around the world

- Unlimited access to 970+ airport lounges with DragonPass

- SilverSmith status with Mr & Mrs Smith

- Discovery Black status with Global Hotel Alliance

- Platinum status with SIXT

- Access to ASMALLWORLD, the world's leading lifestyle community

- As an introductory offer until July 2nd, members are granted SPG Gold
status

The Prestige membership is available for an annual fee of EUR 5'250.

An unprecedented combination of exclusive status privileges and miles

The combination of status privileges, miles and an international community
of global citizens, creates a unique offering and reinforces ASMALLWORLD's
position as the world's leading lifestyle community.

In addition to enjoying the highest status privileges, Signature members can
use their 1,000,000 Etihad Guest Miles on up to eight international return
Business Class flights within the Etihad network: for example, from
Frankfurt to Abu Dhabi.

Members who choose the Prestige membership with 250,000 Miles & More miles,
can redeem their miles on up to two international return Business Class
return flights within the Miles & More network: for example, from Zurich to
Los Angeles.

Travel-oriented memberships strong additions to ASMALLWORLD's membership
offering

The Signature and Prestige memberships are now the highest membership levels
of ASMALLWORLD's four membership options. The previous membership option,
which provides members with access to the ASMALLWORLD community, is still
available as 'Access' membership for an annual fee of EUR 80.

In addition to the annual Access subscription, there is now the new Lifetime
membership option, which allows members to pay a one-off fee of EUR 390 to
join ASMALLWORLD for a lifetime.
