Sanction Proposal against CI Com SA
SIX Exchange Regulation has submitted a sanction proposal against CI Com SA to the Sanction Commission of SIX Swiss Exchange. After completion of its investigation SIX Exchange Regulation is of the opinion that CI Com SA violated the applicable accounting standards Swiss GAAP FER in its 2012 interim financial statements and its reporting obligations.
Sanktionsantrag gegen CI Com SA
SIX Exchange Regulation hat der Sanktionskommission von SIX Swiss Exchange einen Sanktionsantrag gegen die CI Com SA eingereicht. SIX Exchange Regulation ist nach Abschluss ihrer Untersuchung der Auffassung, dass die CI Com SA im Halbjahresabschluss 2012 die Rechnungslegungsvorschriften von Swiss GAAP FER und ihre Meldepflichten verletzt hat.
Demande de sanction à l’encontre de CI Com SA
SIX Exchange Regulation a déposé une demande de sanction à l’encontre de CI Com SA auprès de la Commission des sanctions de SIX Swiss Exchange. A l’issue de son enquête, SIX Exchange Regulation considère que, dans ses comptes semestriels 2012, CI Com SA a enfreint les normes comptables de Swiss GAAP RPC et manqué à ses obligations de déclarer.
